Q: Which shipment method do you use?

A: All orders from the website are sent via Air Mail. Orders weight 2kg and over are sent by EMS.

 

Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: All prices INCLUDE shipping cost worldwide.

 

 

Q: Which Credit Cards do you accept?

A: isradecal.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

 

Q: I live in Israel. How much will I be charged?

A: Israeli customers can place an order as usual. After receiving the order, we'll send you an e-mail the total amount including VAT in Israeli Shekels for your confirmation.

 

 

Q: What do I do if my order is missing an item when delivered?

A: Hopefully it will not happen. However, contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your order. 

 

 

Q: What do I do if I was sent an incorrect item?

A: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, immediately contact and notify us of the error. We will arrange a replacement to be sent out. 

 

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of processing (not including holidays and weekends).

 

Q: How long does it takes to receive my order?

A: Air Mail takes time, sometimes around 14 days. If it takes longer than that, contact us and we'll check it up.
